This notice covers studio.panamared.cc, positioning.panamared.cc, pitchsprint.panamared.cc, effie.panamared.cc, and the apps behind them. Same rules everywhere. Plain language.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you submit a waitlist, contact form, or intake form. We use it to send what you asked for — a waitlist confirmation, a sprint deck, a follow-up — and nothing else.
• Your name and company, when you fill an intake form on Positioning Sprint or Pitch Sprint. Used to tailor the sprint output to your brand.
• Materials you upload — briefs, decks, research, results, transcripts. We send these to Anthropic's Claude API to generate the sprint output. We do not store them long-term once the sprint is delivered.
• Conversation content, when you chat with one of the sprint agents. Same handling as upload materials.
• Your language preference, stored locally in your browser via localStorage (key: pr_lang). This stays on your device. We never see it.
• Your consent dismissal, also via localStorage (key: pr_consent). So we don't show you the banner twice.

We do not use tracking cookies. No Google Analytics. No Facebook Pixel. No third-party advertising trackers.

Where the data lives

• Form submissions (waitlists, contact) → routed via FormSubmit.co, delivered to hello@panamared.cc. We store them in our inbox.
• Calendly bookings → live in our Calendly account. Calendly's own privacy policy applies.
• Sprint generation → API calls to Anthropic (Claude API). Anthropic's data policy applies. They do not train on API inputs by default.
• Sprint outputs (the decks) → stored on Vercel + Supabase. Each sprint has its own ID; access is gated.
• Infrastructure → all sites are hosted on Vercel. Vercel's privacy policy applies to server logs.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data. Ever.
• We do not share your sprint materials with anyone outside the AI generation pipeline.
• We do not run retargeting or advertising tracking.
• We do not store your uploaded materials beyond what's needed to deliver the sprint.

Your rights (LGPD & GDPR)

If you're in Brazil (LGPD) or the EU (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access — ask what data we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to fix incorrect data.
• Deletion — ask us to delete your data.
• Portability — ask for a copy of your data in a usable format.
• Withdrawal of consent — ask us to stop processing your data going forward.

Email hello@panamared.cc with subject line "Privacy request" and we'll respond within 7 days.

Children

None of our products are for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this notice

If we change anything material, we'll update the date at the top and, when reasonable, send a heads-up to anyone we have an email for.
